The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Rehabilitation of Storm Water Management Detention Facility Structures BC26, BC38 and BC124 (the “Project”). The facilities are located at separate locations throughout Loudoun County. The structures generally consist of Corrugated Metal Pipes (CMP) with concrete control structures and manholes with ladders for entering and exiting the facilities. Pre-Bid Conference: An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on August 13, 2026, at 1:00 pm for clarification of any questions on the plans and specifications. Addendum: Addendum #1 Changes and/or Additions issued on August 6, 2026.
