Supplier Self Registration & Login Guide August 2026 UofM | 1 Overview Introduction: The QRG outlines the steps to self register as a new supplier within the University of Memphis Oracle procurement system and how to login into the system once registered. It is designed to help users accurately submit supplier details for registration, ensuring timely approvals and enabling smooth downstream purchasing and payment processes. Audience: Suppliers to the University of Memphis Items Needed to Complete Registration 1. Supplier Completed W-9 or W-8BEN for Individuals or W-8BEN-E for Companies. Blank forms can be found or the IRS website or by contacting procurement. 2. At least one point of contact with email address and phone number. Before you begin The supplier self-registration process takes 15-20 minutes to complete. If you leave the webpage or close the tab in the web browser, you will not be able to go back to your location and will need to start over. Contact purchasing@memphis.edu before starting over. For the best experience, we recommend using the Google Chrome web browser. System Login If you are already completed the registration process, please proceed to Step 16 on page 14. UofM | 2 Initial Navigation Step 1: Navigate to the University of Memphis Procurement Page using the following hyperlink: Doing Business with the U of M On the left hand side, click on the link title New Supplier Registration UofM | 3 Email verification Step 2: Enter your email address in the box on the right and click Send Access Code Step 3: Check your email for a message with the access code. The message may get flagged by your Spam/Junk Folder. The Code will expire after 15 minutes. If it expires click the blue link for a new code. Once you have the code enter it into the box and select Continue UofM | 4
