It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the Notice of Funding Availability as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Pre-Proposal Conference Sign-In Sheet Attachment B: Mandatory Site Visit #1 & #2 Sign-In Sheets Attachment C: Certified Assurances & Santa Fe County Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form Clarification No. 1: All applications must be received by 2:00PM on Monday, August 10, 2026, at the following Dropbox link please disregard all other links on the NOFA: https://www.dropbox.com/request/dfotghbwqxzu0hl1ox9z Question No. 1: The RFP mentions that funding may be available for improvements and modifications. Would it be appropriate for us to request funding for moving expenses and furnishings needed to accommodate the new space? If so, would this fall under Path A, or would it be considered Path B and need to be tied to one of the identified priorities? Answer No. 1: No. Moving expenses are not an eligible use of funding under this NOFA. Santa Fe County anticipates retrofitting provider spaces, including providing furnishings as reasonably necessary and as budget permits. Set hours with 24 hour on call capabilities? Answer No. 2: The operating hours of the new Youth Behavioral Health Center (YBHC) will depend on the hours of operation proposed by the selected service providers in their responses. The facility is not intended to operate as a 24-hour service center. County-operated services will generally be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some evening programming offered as needed.
