Recreation Operations at Victory Pointe

Description

The City of Clermont seeks to establish a lease agreement for recreation-related operations at Victory Pointe. The respondent must propose a self-contained business offering recreational rentals such as bicycles and paddlecraft, programming, equipment maintenance, or other appropriate use of space in support of recreation.The City’s Code of Ordinances prohibits the use of motorized bicycles, including e-bikes, on the trail. The respondent’s business must be in compliance with all relevant laws and ordinances at all times.This proposal affirms the respondent’s full understanding of and agreement to the RFP terms and conditions, including the City’s right to:Block out operational dates,Limit hours of operation, andPermit other vendors for special events.
