or audit by representatives of the District, State Agency, the US Department of Agriculture and the US General Accounting Office at any reasonable time and place. The District shall maintain such records, for a period of not less than five (5) years after the final day of the contract, or longer if required for audit resolution (A.R.S §35-214, 7 CFR 210.23 and 2 CFR Part 200.318 (i)).
