The City of Cleveland is committed to enhancing the economic mobility and prospects of its neighborhoods and residents. Recognizing this, the City is launching the REC-N-TEC pilot initiative to help right that ship by bridging our local digital divide through a critical driver of 21st century economic growth: digital skills workforce development. This initiative will leverage the recent technology overhaul at the Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Center (NRRC) computer labs through the provision of digital skills training and workforce development programs designed to support residents in developing vital workplace-related digital skills, simultaneously serving as both a window and a bridge into the digital economy.
