Office of Procurement December 10, 2024 RE: Award Recommendation – RFP# UAPB A199 REBID MISRGO Evaluator The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Procurement division has received the official recommendation of award from the evaluation committee elected to review the proposals requested for UAPB A199 REBID MISRGO Evaluator. The University received (3) three certified responses. The evaluation process was completed on December 5, 2024. Upon the results of the committee evaluation, the recommendation for award extends to Fetterman and Associates. Respectfully this letter of “Intent to Award” serves as notification that contract negotiations will commence between Fetterman and Associates and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. A fully executed Purchase Order/Contract must be issued before starting any projects. The University of Arkansas encourages and appreciates the participation of our vendor community.
