REBID - Keystone Court Trash Screen

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for the construction of the Keystone Court Trash Screen Project.The proposed Keystone Court Trash Screen project is located in Section 08, Township 01 North, Range 01 West, in Leon County, Florida in the Plantation Woods subdivision.  The scope of work to be performed under this bid is the installation of a trash screen system within existing Right of Way and drainage easements. The proposed trash screen system includes the installation of a concrete slab and a 22’ x 18' trash rack grate with rip-rap in the existing channel. A 10’ wide concrete drive will connect to Keystone Court for maintenance access.The Contractor or sub-contractor must be prequalified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the work they are performing.  The FDOT Prequalification Work Classes for this Project are Underground Utilities (Water & Sewer), Grading, and Drainage. Prequalification documentation will be required prior to agreement execution.The project is anticipated to take 180 consecutive days.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 10:00am at the project site located at the intersection of Keystone Court and Woodhill Drive in the Plantation Woods subdivision, Tallahassee, Fl. 32303 (30.496770982478775, -84.34998706296454). Attendance at the pre-bid is mandatory to be eligible for bid award.
