Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed General Contractor to perform repairs to parking garage structure per provided plans (Attachment A). Location of parking structure: 315 S. Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301Contractor shall limit operations to minimize disruption to garage users. Contractor shall coordinate all garage closures with County in advance.
