The Town of Hingham (&ldquo;Town&rdquo;), acting through the Trustees of the Hingham Bathing Beach (&ldquo;Trustees&rdquo; and/or &ldquo;Town&rdquo;), is seeking proposals under M.G.L. c. 30B, &sect; 6 for a qualified and experienced caterer/function room operator to be approved as a vendor to provide cleaning, food and beverage function services in the community room located in the Bathing Beach Bath House located at 95 Otis Street, Hingham, MA. The community room is approximately 600 square feet in size, has heating/AC and overhead lighting, adjacent men&rsquo;s and women&rsquo;s room facilities and leads out to an exclusive outdoor deck area. The capacity of the room and outdoor area(s) would be determined by seating arrangements, etc. and use of outdoor temporary tent(s) in association with a function and would be subject to approval of Town officials. The community room is to be used primarily for public meetings, classes and other public purposes by the Town but may be occasionally used for private functions on a scheduled basis which may require the services of a caterer/function room operator as provided hereunder.&nbsp; The use of the community room is subject to the provisions of a Special Permit issued by the Town of Hingham Zoning Board of Appeals and recorded at the Plymouth County Land Court Registry District as Document No. 00764124 with Certificate of Title No. 5167 at Book 25, Page 167 (&ldquo;Special Permit&rdquo;) and is subject to a Notice of Decision - Site Plan Review dated June 21, 2017 issued by the Town of Hingham Planning Board (&ldquo;Site Plan Review Decision&rdquo;) and all other laws, regulations and/or restrictions applicable to the property.&nbsp; The Town will be responsible for maintaining a schedule for private use of the community room and will coordinate all private events with the selected Respondent.&nbsp;&nbsp;<
