Leon County, Florida (or the "County") is requesting the submission of proposals from qualified individual attorneys or by law firms, with extensive experience in bond and public finance law to serve as bond counsel to Leon County, Florida.To be eligible for submission/consideration, Respondents must:Be an attorney in good standing, licensed in the State of Florida for no less than five (5) years and/or firm that maintains a law office with a substantial practice within the State of Florida.*Be listed in the most recent edition of The Bond Buyer’s Directory of Municipal Bond Dealers of the United States(Red Book).*The above qualification is a continuing condition of award, as the selected Respondent(s) must maintain this qualification throughout the duration of the contract and any extension period.
