Leon County Government “County” is accepting proposals from qualified Brokers to conduct residential real estate services, as described in the Scope of Services, on an as needed basis as directed by County Administration and the Real Estate Management Office of Financial Stewardship (the “Real Estate Office”).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:The successful Broker(s) should have no less than seven (7) years of residential real estate experience, of which at least 75% of the generated commissions are from single family residential real estate, and should be associated with a firm that possesses at a minimum:Three licensed Sales Associates, with residential and land brokerage experience.Average annual residential sales or leasing of $2,500,000, per year over the past three years.At least one Broker, Broker Associate, or Sales Associate who holds an active State of Florida Real Estate License.The successful Broker(s) must be knowledgeable in the local real estate market and have experience with small and large residential properties.
