CENTRE AREA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (CATA) REQUEST FOR QUOTES REAL ESTATE CONSULTING SERVICES August 07, 2026 You are hereby invited to submit a quote for Real Estate Consulting Services. This document specifies information required to submit a quote and explains the selection process and required documentation for submitting qualifications for this project. All quotes must be received by CATA no later than Thursday, September 03, 2026, at 3pm (EST). When two or more firms desire to submit a single quote in response to this RFQ, they should do so on a primesubcontractor basis rather than as a joint venture. All applicable federal and state regulations and requirements, including but not limited to third-party contracting provisions, apply to this solicitation. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Questions will be publicly answered via an addendum to registered parties. To register, firms must confirm with CATA’s Procurement Specialist, Zach Polin, zpolin@catabus.com, of their intent to bid via e-mail. Quotes must be submitted electronically to CATA’s Procurement Specialist, Zach Polin, zpolin@catabus.com, by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, September 03, 2026. Quotes received by any other means, or after this date and time will not be considered. All quotes must remain in effect for sixty (60) calendar days from the closing date. CATA reserves the right to reject any quotes as it deems to be in its own best interests. *Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) are encouraged to submit quotes. If you are a DBE certified under the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program, please include copies of your current certification with your quote. *All quotes are considered public record upon award. Proposers are encouraged to indicate any proprietary or confidential information on proposal documentation. 1 REAL ESTATE CONSULTING SERVICES REQUEST FOR QUOTES SECTION A GENERAL INFORMATION The Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) is seeking quotes for a real estate consulting contract for a one-year period, with options to extend on a year-by-year basis for up to four additional years. Qualified, licensed professionals with comparable experience in the local real estate market are sought to advise CATA on real estate needs and to assist with identifying, evaluating, and supporting the acquisition of property (or properties) in the Centre Region as described below.
