Purpose:The City of Winchester Economic Development Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed real estate brokerage firms to provide brokerage services for: 'Enter brief project description hereThis Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). This award may be awarded to one or more firms.Term of Contract:The original contract term shall be 6 months from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. This contract may be renewed for: one (6) month period.
