Pursuant to provisions of the School District Procurement Rules, Phoenix Elementary School District #1, hereafter referred to as the District, seeks to enter into a contract(s) with a qualified vendor(s) to supply ready to serve, fresh baked and sliced pizza to (13) elementary schools. The district plans on needing 500 cheese pizzas every other week, on Mondays. The District reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of schools and/or to change the location or school being supplied pizza during the contract term.
