BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS DATE & TIME LOCATION: CONFERENCE ROOM 2ND FLOOR CITY HALL/MUNICIPAL BUILDING BID ITEM: READY MIX CONCRETE INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR READY-MIX CONCRETE MATERIALS In accordance with the Laws of Alabama, notice is hereby given that the City of Guntersville, Alabama, will receive competitive bids on the above items for the City of Guntersville, and/or any agencies thereof, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Bids shall be for Ready-Mix Concrete Materials for all city departments. All pricing submitted must be F.O.B. Destination to various job sites within the corporate limits of the City of Guntersville. Delivery and Performance Requirements: Suppliers must be capable of fulfilling material delivery orders within the timeframe requested by City departments. If the lowest overall awarded bidder is unable to provide the requested concrete materials at the scheduled date and time, or within a mutually agreed-upon project timeframe, the City of Guntersville reserves the right to purchase the required materials from the other awarded bidder. The City of Guntersville reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards under this bid. See Special Instructions to Bidders.
