Ready Mix Concrete Services

Description

The City of Clermont is seeking responses from qualified vendors to establish a term contract for the purchase and delivery of ready-mix concrete on an as-needed basis. The awarded contractor(s) shall furnish various types of ready-mix concrete and related materials to support the City’s ongoing maintenance, repair, and infrastructure activities across multiple departments.The intent of this solicitation is to secure a reliable source of ready-mix concrete that meets all applicable specifications and industry standards, with the capability to provide timely delivery to various locations within the City. No specific quantities are guaranteed, and materials will be ordered on an as-needed basis.The resulting contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years, with up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewal options, contingent upon mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. The City reserves the right to award to one or multiple vendors based on factors including pricing, delivery capability, product quality, and overall service reliability, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein.
