Procurement #: 52810 CITY OF PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND Department: Public Property RFP Title: PVD26-43 Public Property - IFB - Re-Bid Integrated Pest Management Services Opening Date: 4 May 2026 Addendum #: 1 Issuing Date: 7 Apr 2026 With this addendum, we aim to clarify the circumstances surrounding the previous solicitation for Integrated Pest Management Services. We realized that some of the specifications were not sufficiently clear, which resulted in several bidders submitting price ranges rather than firm pricing. This made it impossible to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Additionally, a number of bids did not include all required forms. In the new solicitation, we're requesting pricing per location and have included additional context to help clarify the current scope of services. I highly recommend reviewing the following sections: -Pricing Instructions (Section 16) -Continuity of IPM Equipment and Fallback Plan (Section 8). Please reach out if you have any questions.
