Rancho Conejo Biotech Area Sidewalk

Description

Rancho Conejo Biotech Area Sidewalk Project is in Newbury Park, north of Hillcrest Drive and along Rancho Conejo Boulevard and Lawrence Drive. The project area has several incomplete sidewalk segments and is without certain pedestrian amenities, such as marked crosswalks or enhanced marked pedestrian crosswalks, at key locations.The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Plans (Drawing Number 23-02A, Sheets 1-49), Specifications, and Contract Documents.  The general items of work include constructing roadway pavement section, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, reconstructing curb ramps, retaining curbs, driveways, retaining walls, landscaping and irrigation, constructing new crosswalks with flashing beacons, street lighting facilities traffic signals, and signing and striping. The Project is located at: 1) Hillcrest Dr. from Mitchell to approx. 1000’ west of Lawrence Dr.. 2) Lawrence Dr. approx. 700’ north of Hillcrest Dr., 3) Teller Rd. from Lawrence Dr. to Marion, 4) Corporate Center Dr. approx..450’ west of Rancho Conejo Blvd.
