RAD Physical Condition Assessments (RPCA)

Description

Sacramento Housing Authority Repositioning Program (SHARP), is seeking a qualified consultant to provide RAD Physical Condition Assessments (RPCA), which include PCA Reports Comparing Traditional and Green Requirements, Energy Audits, and Utility Consumption Baseline reports for all Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency public housing properties selected to undergo conversion through HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. The contractor must be registered with HUD and have extensive experience with HUD’s Physical Needs Assessment (also referred to as a PCA, RPCA, or CNA) and e-tool requirements.
