The County of Orange (County), consisting of 22 agencies and departments and the Orange County Flood Control District (District) deliver a broad range of services to the residents of Orange County. Services provided include public protection, public health, infrastructure maintenance, and community and social services. As the District relies on County staff to carry out its duties, the District will also be included as a party to any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation. It is the primary responsibility of the County’s public works department (OC Public Works) to enrich the community through the efficient delivery and maintenance of public works infrastructure, planning, capital improvement, and development services.
