The County wishes to secure firm pricing for bottled water services and delivery with intent to enter into a two-year Price Agreement. Vendor shall provide water dispenser services and bottled water delivery at locations throughout Kern County divided amongst five Service Areas. Bidders may submit pricing for any individual Service Area, any combination of Service Areas, or all Service Areas listed within this solicitation. Agreement may be awarded on a per-area basis or in entirety to one vendor, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the County. Scope of Services The County currently rents over 200 dispenser units across various facilities, including administrative offices, fire stations, and remote locations . We are specifically interested in information regarding all-inclusive monthly rental options (where water costs are bundled into the dispenser rental fee) and volume-based tiered pricing .
