INQUIRIES RE: City of Ashtabula 2026 Jail & Annex Cameras Invitation to Bid March/April 2026 1. Can we arrange a site visit? Not at this time, if your proposal is selected based on the specifications provided, you will then have the ability to arrange a site visit. 2. Will we need a bond for this bid? No you do not need a bond for this bid, but proof of insurance is required. 3. Is the cabling in the building existing or do we need to provide that? If we need to provide it, could we get some specifications on ceiling types across the project scope? We have some cabling available, but we have drop down ceilings for those areas that don’t have existing cable. 4. Do you have specifics on mounts you would like to have across the scope? Please note for mounts that we would like to confirm that we are looking at corner mounts/wall mounts on the exteriors and ceiling mounts on the interiors. 4/2/2026 11:33 AM
