What is your refresh rate for each type of electronic? 4-7 years Q3. Standard Desktop for: a. Students – Students do not get desktops. Some in specialized labs for Bus Ed/Tech Ed b. Teachers – Teachers do not get desktops. c. Other Staff – Acer Veriton/Dell/HP - depends on need and job responsibilities Q4. Standard Laptop: a. Students - None b. Teachers - HP Probook/Acer Spin 3, 4, 5 Q5. Standard Tablet a. Students - N/A some iPads b. Teachers - N/A Q6. Standard Chromebook a. Students - Acer 738, 752, 752, 752TN b. Teachers - Acer 752TN Q7. What is your standard networking (switches/routers) equipment manufacturer? Cisco Q8. What is the historical poundage for the decommissioned IT Assets given for each category (total 25) on page 12? We do not weigh our IT assets. Q9. Will you look at a consignment-model proposal as well? Our current proposal requirements are set forth as noted in the proposal specifications. You must be able to meet all of the requirements and scope of work. You may choose to add any alternative solutions to your proposal on recycling by weight. It is best to give examples of what we could expect to see back on revenue and the costs involved that would be passed on to us as noted in the specifications.
