Managed IT and Phone Services RFP Questions/Answers 1. What is the name of your current Managed IT Provider? Digital Agent 2. Will they be participating in this RFP? Unknown Intent to Respond is not until 8/25/26 3. What are some of the reasons for possibly leaving? NA 4. Have you had any cybersecurity events in the past 2 years? No 5. Please describe the current patch management tool in place today. Vendor supplied Kaseya 6. Please provide manufacture and make of current LAN switching equipment – Cisco Catalyst Enterprise 7. Please provide a make/model of the following platforms desired for management. a. Databases instances: All databases are maintained by vendors. This RFP is for the system and infrastructure these on-prem VMs run. No database maintenance is in the SOW for this RFP. Backups of the system are part of the SOW. b. Storage Devices - SANS c. IT management and IOT: NA 8. Please describe any additional services that may be provided by the current MSP today that require transitioning. a. Email defense systems: Microsoft O365 b. How many employees of the county are considered fulfillers? 165 (These are typically County IT leaders, managers, and associates that intend on interacting with the platform as part of the daily responsibilities. 10. Please define what is required to be backed up; Example: Files only, “My documents” or “my desktop”. My Documents and desktop. Most information is in servers/cloud 11. What is the retention period? 90 days with once a year archive 12. What is the Recover time objective (RTO) and Recovery Point object (RPO) RTO – 4hrs, RPO – 1 hrs 13. What is the size of the target data set? 5TB 14. Does the go forward solution require ingestion of existing/historical backups? No, there is a Veeam backup onsite 15.
