Question received 8/26/2024 - We understand North Coast Emergency Medical Services Agency (NCEMS) as part of the EMS Assessment is requiring a financial data review of the incumbent ambulance provider. Does NCEMS currently receive audited financial statements including gross and net revenue from patient charges, cash flow and payor mix for the incumbent ambulance provider for its Del Norte County operation? Answer - Currently, NCEMS only authorizes Del Norte Ambulance (DNA) as an ALS Provider. The County Board of Supervisors previously had an ambulance ordinance but discontinued it a few years ago. They currently have a recently renewed contract with DNA that has been in existence for a long time. 2. Question received 8/26/2024 - Page 11 indicates that items i through iv are limited to 12 pages. Are there any page limitations to any other sections in this RFP? Answer – No. There are no other page limitations to any other section in this RFP.
