Q. We would like clarification on which displays go where exactly. We are having trouble finding a home for all of the displays. We know one 100" tv goes on the main wall in the TEC. One 100" goes to the HPER building. What size are the digital signage displays flanking the left and right of the 100" in TEC? What size are the hallway signages on the 1st and 2nd floor of Dawson Hicks? A. 1 - 85” TV will be placed on the 1st floor hallway in Dawson Hicks 1 – 85” TV will be placed in the HPER Building 1 – 60” TV will be placed on the 2nd Hallway in the Dawson Hicks building 1 – 60” TV will be placed on the 3rd Hallway in the Dawson Hicks building 1- 100” TV will be in main classroom in the Dawson Hicks building, room 113 Awarded Bidder will be shown these locations Q. Item 5: We are requesting clarification on what exact software is the university providing for digital signage? Or are we ok to quote a digital signage player with free signage software? A. The University is not providing a software, the University is requesting Bright Signs or compatible Q. Item 8: We are requesting clarification on the design intent for the conferencing room bundle. Speaker phones and codecs are an outdated system that may not be easy to obtain and also might not be needed for this space. We just want to be sure we are not quoting something that is not wanted or needed. A. A bundle with no speaker phone or codecs needed. Q. For the 100" display in the HPER building, an enclosure was mentioned. Should we add that to this quote? 1 Office of Procurement A. No enclosures Q.
