The HCP contains approximately 287.50 acres, main site located at 4719-4721 HWY 25 N, Hodges, SC 29653 also, including the three residential lots at 4601-4603-4605 HWY 25 N, Hodges, SC 29653, bearing the tax parcel ID #s 6839-003-983; 6829-870-959; 6829-814-999; 6920-725-034; 6829-971-959; 6829-935-957; 6829-963-821; 6829-849-812; 6829-844-792; 6829-859-796; and 6829-872-794. Additional scope could include overall design services for future development of the HCP as the Engineer of Record.
