The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ/proposal) from Contractors related to the repair and rehabilitation of housing units within the Pueblo city limits. This initiative is funded through a number of sources, but primarily through an allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).Contractors must identify which trade(s) they are applying for as outlined in PROPOSAL FORMAT AND REQUIRED RESPONSES, Section: Statement of Qualifications. The City will maintain a separate list of qualified Contractors in each trade for a minimum period of two (2) years. Contractors determined to be qualified will be invited to bid on future projects as they become available.
