It is the intent of the City of Fulshear to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Primrose Park Phase 2 Additional Bullpens Work, as specified herein and in Exhibit B, which is attached and incorporated hereto.
