Solicitation for the purchase of: UP TO FOUR (4) DODGE CHARGER POLICE CARS The City of Ozark Police Department is soliciting Sealed Bids to provide for purchase of up to four (4) 2022 Dodge Charger Police cars. Sealed bids labeled “Sealed Bids” “Police Dodge Chargers” will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 6, 2022. A Public Bid opening shall be held at that date and time at the Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1st St., in Ozark, Missouri. The City retains the right to reject any and all bids. If a bid is selected, the awarded party shall be required to enter into a contract with the City; said contract in substantially in that form as the draft contract available along with the entire specification on the City of Ozark website at: www.ozarkmissouri.com.
