PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES It is the intent of the City of Sugar Land to qualify one (1) or more vendors to furnish and deliver water parts for Public Works, located at 111 Gillingham Lane, Sugar Land, Texas, 77478. Vendors are requested to submit a bid that meets all requirements contained herein. Bids submitted shall be complete and include all costs associated with the bid including delivery and materials. This contract will commence on the latest date executed by both parties and continuing until September 30, 2025. The term of this Contract shall automatically renew without further documentation or agreement annually for four additional one-year terms under the terms and conditions provided herein, unless written notice of a party’s intent not to renew is received by the other party on or before thirty (30) days before the expiration of the then current term.
