Question 1: 3.1.2 - Please provide acceptance testing criteria? Acceptance Testing Process was provided in Exhibit K but actual criteria has not been provided. SFCC Response to Question 1: Please present what your normal criteria consists of for SFCC consideration. The successful awardee will have the opportunity to negotiate final criteria. Question2: Exhibit H and Exhibit I seem to be duplicating Exhibit P – can they be eliminated? SFCC Response to Question 2: Yes, Exhibit H and I are deleted. Question 3: If we would like to submit two options from the same manufacturer is it necessary to submit a separate Response and Exhibit P or can we list two options on Exhibit P and note the differences within our response? SFCC Response to Question 3: You may submit alternate solution under one response using two separate Exhibit Ps. Question 4: On Exhibit P there is a UOM column (which would mean “each”) but no quantity field or extended price field. Should we add those columns? Do you want the categories totaled? SFCC Response to Question 4: Exhibit P has been deleted in its entirety and replaced with a new Exhibit P. Yes, we want categories totaled where applicable. We also want the Grand Total of all applicable costs. Questions 5: The Hardware will only have a fixed price but the support/software will have 1 and 3 year option. Do you want to see an extended price in these columns or priced by UOM? SFCC Response to Question 5: SFCC is requesting both. See updated Exhibit P. Question 6: FYI – on page 12 3.3.6 Training Plan refers to Exhibit M and should be Exhibit L. SFCC Response to Question 6. Yes, on page 12 3.3.6 Training Plan should refer to Exhibit L. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in Exhibit B. Failure to do so may subject Offeror to disqualification. All other provisions of the Proposal Documents shall remain unchanged. This addendum is hereby made a part of the Proposal Documents to the same extent as those provisions contained in the original documents and all itemized listing thereof.
