The project also includes the removal and replacement of the existing concrete pad beneath the sand filters and onsite training for City personnel. The successful vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete, fully operational system in accordance with the requirements of this Quote Request.
