Sign shall include a minimum 12-inch high foundation/skirting base and shall be installed on steel supports set in concrete footings.The completed sign shall be suitable for long-term outdoor use, nighttime visibility, public-facing municipal presentation, and continuous exposure to Midwest weather conditions including wind, snow, rain, freeze-thaw cycles, UV exposure, and temperature variation.The sign shall generally match the appearance of the attached concept images: a low-profile, rectangular monument sign with a dark architectural cabinet, illuminated lettering, clean municipal styling, and integrated foundation/skirting.
