Public Works Campus Remodel Architectural & Engineering Services

The City of Urbana is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectual and Engineering services for programmatic review, planning, designing, bidding and construction administration/observation phases of the Public Works Campus remodel. The general scope of work will include identifying programmatic needs and completing design/construction to remodel an existing storage building into a modern fleet facility, remodel the existing public works headquarters to better suit our needs, rehabilitate the existing arbor shop to be utilized by LRC staff, and review/improve site operations/conditions at Public Works Campus.   The architect and engineering team will have the qualifications and staff resources necessary to perform the tasks listed in this RFQ in accordance with the proposed schedule. The City is looking for a firm with the capability to provide value-added services and to assist the City in finding the best solution considering operational needs and financial constraints. A MANDATORY Pre-Submittal will take place at The Urbana Public Works facility, located at 706 Glover Ave., Urbana, IL 61802 on December 18th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
