FOB Destination to the City of Bangor Fleet Maintenance Division, 481 Maine Avenue. The vehicles shall be new, current-year trucks furnished and delivered in accordance with the attached specifications. The City will consider alternate proposals for the purchase of unsold, previous-year models if they meet or exceed the requested specifications.
