The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to install and deploy a turnkey public Wi-Fi network across seventeen (17) municipal parks. This initiative supports the City's goal to expand broadband access by providing residents and visitors with reliable, no-cost wireless internet service in key outdoor community spaces.The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, inspections, and services necessary to deliver a complete, operational, code-compliant Wi-Fi system, including but not limited to:Procurement and supply of all equipment per the City’s Bill of Materials and design drawings.Installation of Wi-Fi access points, backhaul radios, switches, enclosures, and mounting hardware on streetlight poles, utility poles, and park structures.All electrical work required to power equipment, including trenching, conduit, wiring, connections to existing power sources, panel upgrades, metered service installations, grounding, permitting, and inspections.Configuration, testing, and commissioning of all network equipment.Delivery of final as-built drawings and documentation.In-person training for City staff.Five (5) years of comprehensive maintenance and support, including OEM warranty coverage, firmware and security updates, 24/7
