The Frederick County Public Safety Training Facility SWM Pond and Stream Retrofit– consists of, but not limited to, replacing the existing C.M.P. riser structure and riprap emergency spillway with a cast-in-place riser and spillway. Work will also include construction to the pond to make it MD-378 compliant. Additionally, two degraded channels directly upstream, flowing into the pond, will be restored. Shrubs and aquatic emergent plants will be installed to enhance aesthetics and water quality. Bid Documents and Drawings can be found in the Attachments.
