Public Safety Complex Assessment

Description

Leon County, Florida seeks proposals from qualified architectural, engineering, and/or building operational firms to provide a three-prong building assessment.  The purpose of the assessment, based on the scope further below, is to evaluate mission critical building systems in order to identify vulnerabilities due to original design and/or existing lifecycle status; identify recommendations to mitigate risk; and ensure future continuity of such mission critical components.  Systems and equipment are infrastructure for Power Distribution, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Safety.  This assessment is not intended to focus on security, either cyber or physical site.  However, security may be an interrelated element of the infrastructure systems. The Assessment is intended to provide succinct, insightful, and actionable recommendations.  Formulaic templates and verbose reports are not desirable.
