The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for public housing self-service laundry for use by the residents of specific City public housing units and complexes. Because many of the residents of the units listed are elderly and/or handicapped and on limited monthly incomes, it is imperative they have access to a dependable and affordable on-premises facility for washing clothing and other household items. The City’s public housing units and complexes are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding. HUD terms and conditions and forms are included as Attachment C (HUD-5369-B) and Attachment D (HUD-5370-C) and are incorporated into this Agreement. It must be mandatory upon the Contractor to comply with the applicable terms and conditions included as attachments to this solicitation.
