The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide public engagement services for the Public Engagement for the Lake Avenue Traffic and Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Project. This work aims to re-engage the community with the project and initiate engagement on the next design phase.The Consultant will be responsible for public engagement throughout design phase of the Lake Avenue Project. The Consultant will deliver a cohesive engagement strategy tailored to the specific needs of the project, ensuring public awareness of the project and next steps leading into construction.A successful approach will focus on reaching the North Lake Avenue community and fostering meaningful connections with the community, using innovative engagement methods to reach stakeholders who may not typically participate in traditional events.
