Code of Laws and procedures stipulated under Section 19-445.2097 of the S.C. Code of Regulations, this is to provide notice that the above referenced Solicitation, PTC-334, and related process is hereby cancelled. The following language is provided from Subsection 19-445.2097 (B) (1) “When it is determined prior to the issuance of an award or notification of intent to award, whichever is earlier, but after opening, that the requirements relating to the availability and identification of specifications have not been met, the invitation for bids shall be cancelled.” The College has determined that the specifications provided in the Request for Written Quotes noted above, have not been met.
