Do not attempt to submit a bid via eVA as we use eVA for advertising only.The Town also utilizes OpenGov Procurement for notification, distribution and upload of solicitation documents (bids/proposals).Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Town of Vienna's eProcurement Portal (OpenGov).
