Town of Merrimack, New Hampshire 6 Baboosic Lake Rd · Merrimack, NH 03054 · www.merrimacknh.gov July 31, 2026 REQUEST FOR BID Utility Vehicle Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 2:00pm Monday, August 17, 2026 for providing (2) new electric 2 person golf carts. The proposed golf carts shall be comparable to the E-Z-Go MY26 RXV 2 Valor S 48v golf carts, or equivalent. The Town has also included an alternate bid on two (2) used golf carts. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the enclosed detailed bid specifications and conditions. The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, Wastewater Treatment Facility, 36 Mast Rd, Merrimack, NH. The time required for delivery must be indicated on the Bid Form and be guaranteed. Vendors may submit more than one bid, but each bid shall be reflected on a separate Bid Form. Complete descriptive literature, including warranty information, shall accompany the bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town. Bids must sealed and marked “Bid on Utility Vehicle” and be delivered to the Town of Merrimack Finance Department, 6 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054 by the date and time specified when they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
