The Economic Development Authority (EDA) of the City of Hopewell is currently soliciting proposals from qualified real estate firms to provide property management services. Services shall include management of certain EDA-owned properties, as well as oversight of tenant–landlord relationships. Please note that this solicitation is being issued by the Hopewell EDA. All inquiries, submissions, and responses regarding this RFP should be directed to the Hopewell Economic Development Authority. This RFP is not issued by the City of Hopewell Procurement Office, and Procurement staff will not be able to respond to any questions regarding this solicitation.
