Property Management Agent for the Lincoln School Apartments

Description

Lincoln School Apartments, LLC (“LSA”), acting through its Board of Managers, hereby requests the submission of written proposals from prospective Property Management Firms (“Respondents”) to provide property management services for an existing 60-unit affordable multi-family housing development known as the Lincoln School Apartments, located at 86 Central Street, Hingham, MA, 02043.  Photos and a floor plan of the building are attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Management Agent selected through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process (the “Management Agent”) will assume primary responsibility for a broad range of traditional property management services to be delivered within a highly regulated affordable housing environment. The scope of property management services to be delivered by the Management Agent is delineated in Section 2.1 Scope of Services- Management Agent.
