Project Manager – City Hall Redevelopment and Related Facilities (RFP)

Description

The City of Pontiac ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified professionals or firms to serve as a Project Manager for the redevelopment of several key civic assets, with the primary focus on Pontiac City Hall Redevelopment, including the Sheriff’s Substation and the 50th District Court Building. The City is seeking a partner to manage the development process of the vacated sites, ensuring they generate sufficient income to offset the costs associated with the new location. Moreover, the city is seeking someone who can manage the development of the new site to also generate revenue to offset the cost of the new building.This engagement is not a traditional real estate brokerage assignment.
