General Description The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA or Authority) invites Project Management and Construction Management firms/teams (PMCM) to prepare a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Management and Construction Management Services (PMCM) at Ontario International Airport (ONT).The OIAA is the Owner and will be accountable for all the OIAA and airport tenant airside, landside and terminal programs and projects. The OIAA will oversee, direct, manage, and lead the PMCM firm / team in the execution of their professional services. The OIAA and PMCM will jointly be known as the OIAA Program Management Team (OIAA PMT). The OIAA is currently involved in the planning, approval, implementation phases to undergo transformative construction and development for ONT’s capital improvement program (CIP) and tenant improvement (TIP) programs across the airport campus. To ensure the success of the programs, the OIAA will require PMCM services including staff augmentation.
