Project Delivery Partners Services for the Superbay Hangar Renovation Project

Description

The Superbay Hangar is the only hangar at SFO capable of handling four ADG-V aircraft and currently requires some improvements to extend its useful life. The Project scope may include improvements to infrastructure, safety, sustainability, energy efficiency, and selective renovation of the interior and exterior of the hangar.The Project will evaluate, program, design, construct, activate, and commission capital improvements to keep this hangar operational and minimize the annual maintenance needs.The Project Delivery Partners (PDP) services will provide overall management expertise and oversight for the Project, including design management and construction management services, project controls, contract administration, cost estimating services, scheduling services, and field inspections. Contractor shall provide the services described in Appendix B, Scope of Services. Appendix B shall be used as a general guide and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of services that may be assigned to the Contractor.
